We prioritize safety by thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all bounce houses after every rental. Each unit is made from high-quality, commercial-grade materials and is equipped with safety netting and proper anchoring systems. We also provide detailed setup and usage instructions to ensure a safe experience for all users.
Booking is simple! Visit our website, browse our selection, and click the 'Book Now' button on your preferred bounce house. Select your date, time, and event details, then complete the checkout process. If you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.
We deliver to [list of cities/areas you serve]. Delivery is free for locations within [X miles] of our base. For locations beyond that, a small delivery fee may apply, calculated during checkout.
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least [X days] before your event. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund or credit. For last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but a fee may apply.
Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather like rain or high winds is forecasted, you can reschedule your booking at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn't an option, we’ll provide a full refund if you cancel before delivery.
We handle all setup and takedown for you! All we need is a flat, clear space and access to a power outlet within [X feet]. If a power outlet isn’t available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance.
EPIC BOUNCE EXPERIENCE
Rental Contract & Release of Liability Agreement
1. TERMS OF LEASE
Lessee agrees to supervise the operation of all rented equipment and is fully responsible for ensuring safe use at all times. Lessee acknowledges that any damage to the equipment will result in financial responsibility for either the full cost of repairs or the full replacement value of the item(s). By signing this agreement, the Lessee confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and safety rules outlined in this document and on the rented equipment.
2. DELIVERY, OPERATION, & PAYMENT
• Equipment will be delivered to the address specified by Lessee.
• Lessee grants EPIC Bounce Experience access to the property for setup and retrieval.
• Full payment is due upon delivery. No refunds after delivery.
• For inflatable units, Lessee must provide a dedicated 115-volt electrical outlet with 20 amps within 50 feet of each blower.
• No extension cords are to be used.
• If the blower stops, remove all users immediately and check the blower, outlet, and circuit breaker.
• A $20.00 service fee will be applied for calls resulting from power/electrical issues.
3. GENERAL RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION
• Units must be placed on flat, smooth surfaces such as grass or pavement.
• Units may not be placed on rough surfaces (rocks, gravel, glass, etc.).
• Units must not be moved by Lessee once set up.
• Never use during high winds, storms, or lightning.
• Units must be anchored at all times. Do not remove or adjust anchors.
• Do not attempt to relocate, adjust, or service the blower.
• Follow all safety guidelines posted on the unit.
4. ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES
• Remove shoes, glasses, belts, and sharp objects before entering.
• Do not enter or use partially inflated/deflated units.
• No climbing or hanging on walls, netting, or the roof.
• No water, hoses, food, drinks, facepaint or silly string unless approved by EPIC Bounce Experience.
• Do not plug/unplug the motor repeatedly—this causes damage.
• Always have a trained adult present to supervise.
• Users must be grouped by age, and never exceed capacity posted on the unit.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
• No refunds will be given due to weather or power disruptions after equipment is setup and delivered.
• Lessee is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, including a $200 cleaning fee or full replacement for damage caused by silly string, face paint, marker ink, confetti, foam, food, drinks, or similar substances.
• Lessee agrees the equipment is for personal use and will not be sub-leased or loaned.
• Lessee assumes full responsibility for equipment lost to fire, theft, vandalism, or negligence.
• The property owner or responsible party must inform EPIC Bounce Experience of any water pipes, irrigation, or sprinkler systems beneath or around the designated rental area. If this information is not disclosed, EPIC Bounce Experience assumes no responsibility for any breaches, damage, or flooding that may occur due to anchoring or equipment placement.
6. RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EPIC Bounce Experience, its agents, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses related to or arising from the use of the rented equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment delivery, setup, use, misuse, or return.
Lessee acknowledges the risks involved with inflatable equipment use and accepts full responsibility. EPIC Bounce Experience shall not be liable for injury, damage, or loss due to natural acts (e.g., wind, lightning), misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules and guidelines provided and listed by the manufacturer.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All equipment is rented “as is” with no warranty, express or implied. Lessee agrees to cease use and contact EPIC Bounce Experience immediately if any malfunction or defect occurs.
8. BREACH & DISPUTES
In the event of breach of contract by Lessee, Lessee agrees to cover all legal, repair, and recovery costs incurred by EPIC Bounce Experience. All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before seeking litigation.
